More journalsist stirring trying to get a reaction. Pity Ref didnt officiate properly, if he had given the foul and booked Henry as he should, none of this would have happened.

Everything he said was fair. Henry is a sunday league player, he tried to cause an injury at the end of the match and is inferior in every way. Also, no way did Wolves 'snub' Barton.

Well we can't say something like this wasn't going to happen with Joey

If the FA want to take disciplinary action, how about starting with their ref who deemed that tackle by Henry at the end wasn't even a foul FFS!!

I'm sure the rules changed the other year to eradicate the tackle from behind and that was a shocking example as he also scissor actioned the legs which could've done Joey's ligaments.

But hey, ref fails to implement their own rules, nothing happens, same ref officiates pooly next time and one tackle too many is let go leading to a broken leg as certian players get complacent with his leniancy..... very feasible and not good. Luckilly Joey was alright, but given the previous between them and the fact the game was up, i think it's a safe assumption to think he wanted to injure Joey then.

                      Why!

Telling a player to shut his mouth and questioning McCarthy his quote if he smoking something funny does not warrant disciplinary action!!!

Does Warnock have a policy on Twitter or is he washing his hands of it and leaving it between Joey and the FA? If that's the case we're heading for trouble because it clearly undermines his authority. It's an unnecessary source of friction that the club doesn't need.

i'm more concerned that he seems bothered that wolves snubbed him...surely when that call came through he should have laughed it off!

"Barton also implied McCarthy may have been under the influence of illegal drugs when he claimed earlier this week he would have turned down the chance to sign the midfielder before his move to Loftus Road."

                            Ridiculous from the Torygraph.

The way they have worded that is literally laughable! If ever "making a mountain out of a mole hill" was relevant, its here. A figure of speech to brush of transfer speculation spun to accuse Joey of making allegations of drug taking against the big nosed tw*t .... Absolutley crazy!

Would be like somebody saying "Heskey finally hit a cows ar*e with a banjo today" and it being reported as "Aston Villa Striker in animal cruelty case involving musical instrument".
