In a moment of conscience that I've cursed ever since, I sold some good Irish fans my ticket to Ireland vs France in the rugby world cup in 2007 for face value.
I could see them rolling out the 50 euro notes. I could've paid for my whole trip to Paris. But I just couldn't do it to proper fans. They looked stunned when I asked for 54 euro.
And to top it off we got absolutely spankedA blog of my first season ticket, and QPR's return to the Premiership after 15 years

Mine was £240 for a pair of Upper Loft tickets for the Leeds game, I walked up to most of our games last year but still didn't make the effort to buy the packages!! Worth every penny though, it wasn't until I replayed the game that I realised Leeds fans actually sung. Didn't hear a word of them in P block.Comment

I paid about 250 quid for the England v Portugal quarter final in the 2006 Germany world cup.
Had a pair of tickets for the semi final which would have been us had we won. We lost and sold the pair for a grand to some Frog as they were playing the Portuguese. Paid for most of the trip!First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.Comment
