there was about a hundred of us english winners in a little section surrounded by germans supporting the costan's and when they scored we erupted...one of those had to be there moments, well funny
    Nice one

I was at that game as I got some tickets through the FIFA website and they were about £50 for Cat 4 seats

Pain in the #### the next day though as after a skinful as I had to fly to Frankfurt at 6am as England were playing Paraguay

In a moment of conscience that I've cursed ever since, I sold some good Irish fans my ticket to Ireland vs France in the rugby world cup in 2007 for face value.

I could see them rolling out the 50 euro notes. I could've paid for my whole trip to Paris. But I just couldn't do it to proper fans. They looked stunned when I asked for 54 euro.

And to top it off we got absolutely spanked

Mine was £240 for a pair of Upper Loft tickets for the Leeds game, I walked up to most of our games last year but still didn't make the effort to buy the packages!! Worth every penny though, it wasn't until I replayed the game that I realised Leeds fans actually sung. Didn't hear a word of them in P block.

I paid about 250 quid for the England v Portugal quarter final in the 2006 Germany world cup.

Had a pair of tickets for the semi final which would have been us had we won. We lost and sold the pair for a grand to some Frog as they were playing the Portuguese. Paid for most of the trip!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.
