Did anyone see Part two of the Philip Beard interview on World?

He referred to there being room to develop the stadium and will be looking at the options once the dust has settled.

Could exclude a brand new stadium elsewhere? Very interesting

I don't know a thing about designing stadiums, but I guess exploring the current site would be our best option. BBC site would be ideal, being that close to Westfield and at the centre of all the transport links would be amazing. I can dream, right?

if LR could be redone, brilliant...but it would take some time...I can see a ground share happening which would be awful.

Yeah you can because it will never happen

why oh why do fans keep mentioning this is beyond me, it is prime real estate £300million +, would take 2-3 years to demolish alone as its riddled with asbestos...don't worry though because I'm sure someone else will suggest it for a change in a few days time

                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

Seriously though there is a BBC plot on the opposite side of the A40 on Wood Lane...its taken over a year to flatten it and was half the size of the main BBC site.

It really does frustrate me to here fans blurt out unresearch facts...Unigate, sold off ages ago, Hillingdon etc name me a realistic location which is feasible...no one has mananged it yet.

For me the best option has always been to build a ground with the assistance of the Borough for us and Fulham

Could they approach the school behind the away end and make them a generous offer and offer to assist with their relocation or is that a complete non starter now?

knowing our luck,we buy all the surrounding properties.Get planning for a super ground.start work and find an ancient burial site or some other dross and get the sandal brigade in for the next 20 years with brushes and spoons.

jack tizzard school isn't it? think it's for physically and mentally handicapped children...think we would need to think very carefully about knocking their school down. they do really good work with the kids there, i for one would be upset if it had to be knocked down and not adiquately compensated.
