Young will really bolster the defence, and if we can get at least one more defender - it will look more promising. I am most excited about SWP and will be absoloutely gutted to miss out on him. Hes perfect for what we need - and id be shocked, and delighted if we can sign someone of his quality. We signed Barton and Young, so who knows

my thoughts too. QPR seem to mean business now, so get them both in.

Hall & Gabbidon are both unlikely to be fit to play more than 20-25 games each (probably even less) and Hill is not going to be good enough. I am not convinced that any of Orr, Connolly, Perone or Shittu will be either. As for Dyer being fit enough, all I can say is that I am so pleased he was signed on a pay as you play deal and he should not even be given a place in the 25 man squad if Warnock can bring in quality players with better fitness records than him.
