Crouch in on Season Loan on Wednesday?

Unless someone comes up with Tottenham's valuation for him to sign him. Had this from two people now. Anyone else heard something similar?

I always thought it would be a tall order to get him in, but with TF and AB you never know....

Great signing if it happens, looks like DJ will struggle to get a game, would he be happy with that?.

Its not about what he wants. He's paid to do what's required for the good of the team, if that's being an impact sub, so be it.

To be honest I can't see crouch and Bothroyd playing together, more likely crouch and Dj (1 big and 1 quick to latch onto the knock downs), with Bothroyd on the bench.

Would rather get a few more defenders in.

Yeah, lets not get any more firepower as our 1 goal from games against Bolton, Everton, Rochdale and Wigan is going to leave the rest of the Premier League quaking in their boots.

Agreed, but we need more quality as we've only got two front line strikers and no one really knows if Bothroyd will do it at this level - he has had a few false starts elsewhere. Helguson was good in the Championship but couldn't get on the bench at Bolton three years ago and Agyemang, well....Agyemang!
