Agree. Ramage is far better at CB than RB.

However, we are far from short of options at CB...Gabbidon, Shittu, Hall, Perone.

What about the boy Harriman? I didn't see the Rochdale game. Is he good enough?

Anyone that thinks Ramage should be a professional footballer is seriously deluded

Nice bloke just in the wrong profession

He sounded promising according to the comms. He may well get his league debut at RB on saturday unless Neil plays Conners there.

Sorry Sirpie...didn't realize that Damage was your favourite player
I just think he's a decent player who has never had an extended run in the side and often fans are too quick to find somebody to have as their latest boo boy. Ramage did take over Stephen Carr at Newcastle and even received a call up from Sven whilst playing right back regularly in the Premiership. Of course he has had a couple of serious injuries but he's doing rather well for Palace.

bring back Ramage for CB position as he is better than Shittu and Perone and we need cover for Hall

Sounds like Wigan have some injury problems - 2 defenders out and Moses rated 50/50. Could be a good time to play them.

We shouldn't be losing at Wigan, ffs, we have much harder games than that and need to get points up there; also, a lot of us are paying a LOT of money to go there and the thought of NW almost being prepared to throw a second game game in 4 days is out of order.
Just a bit fed up if that is his attitude.
I wish he had said this before I'd brought my effiin ticket for the Wigan game. Or is it a master class in kiddology?

Yeah so I'm guessing that the likes of Sir Bobby Robson and Sven Goran-Erikkson and Neil Warnock know nothing about football then??? Robson brought him into the side at Newcastle and played regularly for him, Erikkson called him into a couple of England squads and of course Neil has not once played him?

lol so you rate Shittu ahead of Ramage?
Ramage was played out of position at RB but showed enough when played at CB for them few games.
