Absolutely. We still are not a very attractive club for a Premier League quality player. We need to show that we can fill the stadium, win some games, compete to stay up.

Signing names like Barton may help attract others. ......but then again, he may put people off!

What Neil said was we have offered Joey a good deal and it's up to him - and then with a smile on his face, I hope he appreciates that we haven't offered him the kind of wages being quoted in the press.
