Barton is on a free, Maynard would cost 4 to 5 million and I don't think NW see's a new striker as a priority this window, so yes, it is.

Young and English mate, always the way. Get absolutley ripped off. Perfect example is Henderson at Lpoolm good promising player by £16/20mill (depending where you read).... no way.
