Personally dont see whats so laughable about Sterling. Our side has plenty of experience and as you saw last night with manure young players if allowed to express themselves can make it at this grade. Sterling has bags of pace, something we dont have a the minute and is VERY highly rated. A loan deal could be the answer rather than Warnock buying someone for the sake of it

Maybe I'm just trying to play it down in my head, but I don't fancy our chances. Bolton seem to be in advanced talks, and Stoke can offer European football. Stoke are a good choice for any player looking to redirect their career.
