    Rather then a refund I think they should offer existing St holders

    Free tickets to Chelsea and Manchester united away. That would be a fantastic gesture, even though it would cost them money.

                              And what about the ST holders who can't afford the time to go to away matches in Manchester, or the fact the allocations wouldn't cover the requirement....?
