Watching him today there's no way we should pay a third of that !!! we have a much better player in Buz who has way more flair Parker is vastly overrated and we need faster pace than his in this league but I would happily pay to get Max Gradel on board that kid would cause premier defences some serious problems !!! worth 3-4 Million I'm guessing..... I know where i'd spend my money

Tbf mate I agree he didnt look all that at all, but his record speaks for itself, he is a top top PL midfielder.

Maybe he wants out at Wet Spam, feeling unsettled or something and thats the reason his performance isnt upto scratch? Who knows, but I dont think his ability can be doubted, at 1 point last Im sure in the Opta stats he held the highest tackles per game average, highest pass completion % and most succesful percentage of tackles won.

Top top player and, a bad game or 2 this years is not guna stop me, personally, from seriously hoping we sign him (although in all honesty I cant see it myself!).

Cause he's to expensive... Wages and fee. He's 30. By all means if tf buys him then fair play but wouldnt want all money being spunked on him.

Purely guess work on my side but I would say he is still at West Ham because they have priced him in such a way, they know no one will pay £8M unless they are desperate for a player in that position, but will let him go if someone does and the wages he is on. I think if NW really wants him, we should loan him for a season, as that's what West Ham wanted to do with Chelsea.

But considering his age I expect the loan fee would be astronomical.
