There are no gurantees as he was in a very good (on paper) side that got relegated 3 years ago when everyone said they were too good to go down....

I agree we would have a better chance with him as a very good player, but my only concern is if he brought the issues with him and upset the applecart as it were becasue the one thing we have in spades is good team spirit.

That said, i can't see us getting him.

He is a really decent player, but I lets be honest, we don't want our next home game to be overshadowed by Barton laying out Adel within the first 20 minutes. I'd rather have Parker.
