As I understand it Flavio was Chairman of the Holding Company and has now been replaced by Tony (with Amit as Vice Chairman). New CEO replaces Ishan (who was sacked ages ago).

No mention was made of Gianni who was Chairman of The Club...not the holding company (very easy to confuse the two).

the loans are very misunderstood. You have to remember he was co-owner of the club.

Flavio and Bernie bought him and others out. Not by actually giving them their owed money (see dunga and caliendo constantly kicking off) but via other means..all tax dodges no doubt.

GPs salary was actually jack diddly..ali russel got paid more each month.

Its just unfortunate that it was structured in X way as it looked like loans for the sake of loans when it was actually a combination of what he was owed from selling the club and his actual pay check as such.
