    Mark Viduka

He's a free agent, sign him up, he can still stick the ball in the back of the net.

    Full name Mark Anthony Viduka
    Date of birth October 9, 1975 (1975-10-09) (age 33)
    Place of birth Melbourne, Australia
    Height 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in)
    Playing position Forward

Melbourne Knights 49 apps 40 goals
Croatia Zagreb 81 apps 40 goals
    Celtic 37 apps 30 goals
    Leeds 130 apps 59 goals
    Middlesbrough 72 apps 26 goals
    Newcastle 38 apps 7 goals

I know his goal ratio gets worse every year but that's because he's been playing in the premiership and I think he could score goals in the championship.

Far too injury prone and expensive.

Would be a brilliant buy as he may not score as many as some would like but he creates a hell of a lot and attracts 2-3 defenders at times. I think players like Buz and Vine would thrive off his service. One of the best strikers with his back to goal. Not many that can hold the ball up as well as him and for a big guy he has great feet. It is why under Hiddink he was an automatic choice as striker for the socceroos and is still wanted to go to the world cup as first choice striker even after all the injuries. But, i believe, he has already said he wants a premiership team.

Yeah, on a pay as you play, he would have value, however, there will be some stupid club somewhere, probably relatively new to the prem who will offer him a good contract thinking if he stays fit he could keep them up.... naive and he will get injured miss most of the season as per usual....

No doubting his talent so is a shame, but he is definitelty in the "injury prone" catagory.
