Let's hope when Fernandes is confirmed shite players like that Southampton reject won't be linked to us again

As said before, barely seen him play so cant judge too much, but the pure and simple facts are:

He scored 1 less goal than Tommy Smith in the Championship in 25 less games, then went and scored 3 times as many goals as Fernando Torres in the PL in 3 less games.

If thats a "sh1te player" then Im glad youre not running our football club.

Know he did ok with relagated Blackppol last year coming on as a sub,rarely he he start for them while he was on loan from southampton where he couldnt and still cant even make the squad.Excuse me for being negative but hard to get excited about a player who couldnt get into a league 1 team,and that is a fact.

Let's just hope that if Warnock said he want's Puncheon and the board get him what he's asked for that people will allow Warnock to be the judge of whether he's good enough because I'm pretty sure he will have watched him or at least have a more informed opinion about him than a message board pose who probably haven't seen 90 minutes worth of the player between them.

Wasnt posting on here then me old mukka, only joined this summer, but I do remember at the Port Vale game last year people sitting around me moaning about him and asking why we'd signed a bloke that was "past it and gone off the rails".... OK with you "sunshine"?

everyone was shite that day sonny jim,when kenny joined up 99.99% of posters were happy,most were unhappy with Derry(including myself)and it was 50/50 with Hill.Warnock got it right with most of the players he brought in to get us out of the championship,but Hulse and Clarke were flops.I personally hope he goes after a better quality player than him(southampton fella)BUT if this is REALLY who he wants and its not just because he isnt going to be given much money by Fernandes then i will trust him and give him a chance.
