so i imagine the new board of director will give warnock some money to bring in new tallent

Dunno, I think it will happen. Its clear nothing has happened with the club because ecclestone is not spending any money as he wants to sell which is understandable. Ecclestone also knows if he don't sell now then he will lose a lot more money. However I don't expect briatore to disappear - he will remain a minority shareholder I reckon
