I'd still like us to sign him, very good player but I don't see where he fits into the starting XI.

Faurlin isn't a defensive midfielder so Hitzlsberger will replace him? Dont be stupid. Faurlin is a deep lying playmaker, he sits back and controls the tempo, puts in a shift and is very good defensively. Hitzlsberger will replace Derry meaning we will be a more attacking side, will be shifted out left or will be put in a 4-3-3 (although I cant see Adel on the left?). No way will he come and sit on the bench. Do people think he will sit on the bench because of Smith or Derry? Do people all think we will play the whole season with the same team, we needs subs, we need people to fill in and the team will be changed to accomodate different opponents. Would be a great signing if true and if we can get one more full back, I'd have confidence we could stay up.Comment
