What I can't get my head round is ...Why is Joe Cole still 9/4 to join us ??????

It won't happen in a million years (wages etc) so why do the bookies (who get their info far better than ANYONE on here ) still have us at such short odds ???

might have had 1 geezer get all excited when he heard abit of "itk" on him joining and lumped £1000 on at 20/1 or sumit so theyve still got a huge liability on him if he does join?
