All is rosy with our owners Benny? Happy with how Neil is being treated? Adel going for 16 mil, and were seeing nothing of it, not a penny! 1.25 mil transfer war chest.

    Yeah can't wait.

These are hardly 'facts'. 15 years, and we're back. I'm not letting anyone take this from me.

      Can't wait.

Me neither ! Whatever happened to Champions League football in 4 years ? F*** the Champions League, I just want NW to have the backing a Premiership club should have from its owners ! I dont wanna go next year and see us getting walloped, I want us to compete.

Benny I think most want to see us competitive, if you put your hand on your heart I think you'd realise that won't be the case. Not saying we need to spend a fortune but we have lost 2 of our 3 best players in adel and WR who both were match winners last season. I still think your thinking about drinking, banter and not the football mate
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The current owners are merely guardians of the club Jeffro and will be gone sooner or later just like all the previous ones we have seen over the years who promised us the earth but the fans dont desert the club like they do despite all the crap that goes on off the pitch

As I said on other thread you may want to li to Neil Warnock himself. He seems pretty sure they are facts.

WeAre. That's not true. The football is all part of it. I'm looking forward to it.

Jeffro, read my reply in that thread. No point arguing about things which aren't proven.

The odds are far greater for predicting our fate next season than predicting the winning lottery numbers that I can asure you.

I won't pretend that I feel the current squad will survive, but I also doubt it'll be the squad we start with.

I don't think any of us had great confidence we would stay up next season regardless of who we bought because there is such a massive change of class of course in the Premiership from what we have been use to over the years but to say I am disappointed to say the least that that we only appear to making token signings to make a half hearted effort is taking the **** out of the fans

All I do know is that I would much rather be this position then us say 5-10 years ago when we were in real free fall but if we do win any games next season with the current squad then they will be really savoured

Very very sad isn't it but but they have got us by the wire wool

I think you'll find you are in the complete minority there, most fans would agree under Warnock guidance and reasonable inverrstment (£10 million) were confident of survival.

Problem is though that £10 million would probably get you just one decent player or two 1/2 decent ones who are proven at this level and then we would have to persuade them to join us and then break the wage structure which then would disrupt the team

I honestly thought perhaps naively that we would spend at least £15-20 million to at least give it a go this season and to the owners that is small change and would increase the profile of the club if they are serious in wanting to sell

I just cannot get my head around it
