Can't see why such a person would want to buy QPR and turn them into 'the next Man City' though. Somebody with that cash could buy most clubs. You'd buy one with a bigger fan base, wouldn't you??

if you were a russian billionaire then QPR would make sense if you wanted to one up abramovitch then buying a smaller club and making them bigger than chelsea would be a fun thing to do

doing it with spurs or arsenal just wouldnt give the same buzz
