Ok not to be pedantic, there has only been 1 set of talks with the mittals, stretching from just before Amit walked to just after, my point being there has been NONE with this Arab character etc or anyone since.

All these 'cards on the table' type threads end the same way and contribute to the bitterness in peoples responses to each other, which is a shame really, as you could get some good discussions going on here not so long ago.

Boywer Carew Woodgate Bothroyd Bullard on frees, Couple of decent loans mainly LB & signing Bogherra Naughton DJ Campbell, all could be got within that 6 million budget, be better than we have right now & we might have a chance of staying up

IF (and a big 1 at that), the above signings were made i'd be more than happy. Think we would comfortably survive. However, cant see a few of these (Woodgate, Carew and Bullard) fitting into the 25k wage budget somehow.
