hrangers - MoonSafari has told me about talks recently, this is fact, I am not sure though these were take over talks, what i think these talks were - in the interim, whilst both parties try to conclude a deal, a certain amount of funds need to be avail to nw - as mittals and clowns are all shareholders !! - opinion only not a fact!!

Mittals have been in the Middle East recently - not opinion - this is fact (i doubt very much this was just to do with qpr but it could be one of the reasons)

They are not spending money for a reason and I think the reason is whatever they spend, it would be dead money they wont get back, also, if someone is coming in, they would request that nothing is agreed that would leave them with a financial liability going forward, which a players contract would.

The way I look at it is I would put money on them taken over I wouldnt put money on them not to take it over, nobody knows what's going on their heads.
