I am either going to drop a cheque in last minute or do the 4 interest free installments.

I can (at the moment) afford to get one straight away but out of principle and all that.

It's better to be on the train pi$$ing off than running along the platform trying to pi$$ in.
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

Sent my application form off yesterday afternoon. In Cyprus next week so time was running out. Not happy but was always going to renew baring another major c0ck up by the board. If all goes t1t's up I'll send my ST back for a refund and go to paying on the door.

in the highly unlikely event that 3000 people upgrade to the Superhoop upgrade, i'd assume they would then use Loyalty points within the Superhoops upgrade, or have a knife fight to determine who gets the tickets.

Renewed mine and my sons on Monday , Went from Silver to Bronze as i save £150 by doing so. For premiership football the prices are not as bad as everyone makes out and even that i have gone down to Bronze its only a £80 increase from last season ST prices.

i renewed couple of weeks ago, i didnt think prices that bad , mine wnet up to 750 so |£150 and my boys £50 to £250
think the problem was everyone reading the headline price for platinum at £999 and reacting to that
ref the upgrade thingy got one for me and my boy will help early part of season if we get the london derbies as gives us a head start on getting th eloyalty points but thats about it
os reading through this thread would appear opinions changing?

In this day and age families cannot afford those prices and individuals have priorties, but in reality thats a fair price to watch Premiership football.

The walk up prices (based on what the saving is) indicate a high prices for match day games and that is a worry.

Agree with Scarlet, the idea that flavio has full reign is putting fans off. Reality is with Amit/Mittal having 33% nothing really has changed and whilst early doors (last April-Sept), Amit/Ishan were taking more of a hands-on role, in reality nothing much as changed.

Last season transfer window and January Bernie would have been the main player to give go ahead of players and Flavio would still have an input. More than fans believed.

You have to remember the club changed tact after the protests but it was the way board approached things not a change of personale

Pete, i think if Flav starts his interference and we lose Warnock, protests will be bigger and wont stop till he is forced out along with bernie.
Its been done before and they wont be imune to it.
                    They seek him here.................

I'll be renewing next week - Rangers are the only thing keeping me in the country. Even if I had to cut back, I don't think I'd be able to go a season without going to Rangers. I don't have much of an issue with the ST prices, it's the ****-take of the extra £35 that is just a disgusting abuse. Up to gold the prices are fair, just the grand for a Platinum ticket is extortion, especially without the bar.

Aside from that, it's also about maintaining your seat. I'm lucky enough to have what I consider the perfect view in MU, dead centre. If I didn't renew, it might take several seasons to get another seat in the same area if I decided to go back.

I understand the protests, but really the extortion is with the walkup prices, which shouldn't be a reason not to renew an ST in my opinion.

I will probably get one but sadly will have to cut back on the amount of away games I do...

The problem was never really the season ticket prices though still massively over priced, its the disgusting walk up prices, the £35 to buy someone a ticket liberty and the total disdain the club has treated the fans with

not going ot disagree but we keep forgetting how little we generate through our fanbae, they are looking at every oppportunity to get an extra buck, the thing thant rankled me the most was the £3.50 booking fee for paying by debit card after paying approx £1060, that go t on my fkng nerves

Next year they are going to get round this by increasing the price of each season ticket by £3.50 on top of whatever they feel they can get away with. That way, those like you who buy multiple tickets don't just get away with paying it the once.
