Depends of course which Jay Boothroyd we're signing - the one that was really good for the first half of last season, or the sulky, uncommitted, lazy player that he's been for the rest of his career.

Don't get me wrong, he's better than what we've got, and his display against us at Cardiff was a master-class in playing the lone frontman role, i just have reservations if we are hanging our entire attacking hopes on him...

Agreed! I'm hopeful that Warnock won't let us see too much of the sulky player. He handled Taraabt brilliantly so I think he'll do the same with JB.
