This says that either Williams is fed up in Swansea or that Rangers can pay higher wages than Swansea. On that basis, if they end up with Graham, it's because we chose not to chase him.

As for how good he is, JP Motley once stated about another William that "he was the guiding star of a whole brave nation and all the children cried in the streets after his death". Take out the brave bit and yeah, he is a complete centre back with a lot of time to progress
