    Holloway will enjoy it.........

Blackpool are now in contention for European football next season despite being relegated from the Barclays Premier League during Sunday's drama.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Not sure how both Birmingham and Blackpool would fit in Europa league games around 46 league games.

Now is it just me OR did Mark Hughes say to Gera get yourself sent off son, you wont be playing for us next year so it wont affect us, we dont want to be playing in the EUFA Cup next year as it starts to soon and affects the rest of our season, let Blackpool take our place, he said grinning.

Just adds to the theory that the Europa League is a two bob, second rate competition

I don't get it lads, I know I'm a bit short in the brain department, but I'd love QPR to win The Europa League or even the League Cup.... I remember out in Ibiza a few years back with Ollie when Rangers won the Copa de Ibiza Trophy, what a great night that was, what a blinding week that was! OK it was, and still is a largely unheard of trophy...... But any excuse for ale consumption, plus it would give us as QPR fans the chance to turn down a trophy parade from Hammersmith council.... Oh yes Mr/Mrs Mayor, now you know how we felt in 2011!!!

If you get through on the Fair Play, you start playing on June 29.

This is why in the past 4 games, Fulham's yellow and red card count exploded by 50%.

                    Co-incidence, I'm sure.

A jolly to Ibiza in the summer is a bit different to a Thursady night in November playing Dukla Stasi or some other dubious East European outfit....

UEFA have ruined it by making it a league format.Too many meaningless games.Fulham played about 20 times by the time they reached the final.

                          Crazy.

Can you opt out of playing in this competion if you qualify through the fair play league, or would EUFA fine you, if so then it would be a great opportunity to play the youngsters giving them some experience instead of 1st team having to start season early.
