Thats the 3rd time I've seen an article saying we don't have more than 10m to spend and the other day Warnock said that he hopes to have a 'bit more than 2m'.
The whole point of a message board is to discuss things like paper articles. If its substance is right or wrong nobody really knows but you can discuss it....but most of what the papers write is a load of tosh.I'd rather debate the goings on of the Beano and dandy ! But you are right about the chill pills..

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

10million isn't bad at all. Imo we just need okay wages as there are many good free agents every year.
10million -
Naughton
Graham
Me
Bougerra, and a few others, suits me fine
Free agents there is Upson, Bowyer, Me again, Bothroyd, Ashley Williams etc etcLast edited by qpr; 19-05-2011, 01:27 PM.Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Looks like once again our owners are trying to do it on the cheap and all their talk about spending to ensure we stay up was hot air. :strive:
we get loan players and frees, and 10 million gets you a 5 million striker
and a couple of fullbacks, what did you expect rangers would spend? 30 million? don't make me laugh. You should know how Neil and the club operate, we don't want to go in debt, and we don't want to be like the hammers, 8th highest wage bill in the Prem, still went down. Now they lose all their high wage earners, and they have to survive on cheaper players.

Personally I would ignore paper chat and listen to direct quotes from our owners and managers. Mittal has acknowledged that we need a Center forward so here's hoping!
In business I would never talk about how well my company is doing to my suppliers incase they decided to up their charges. That's why I dress like a ho-bo. Same goes for QPR and our transfer comments/budget.
Let's just keep our fingers crossed. If I was one of the owners I would ensure at least 3 seasons of sell outs and then build the new ground that will make us sustainable. Basically a long term investment.

Paul you must be wet at the chops with the thought of us signing Michael Brown..
