How far does it go back?

I spoke to a guy today born 1950 and his dad used to be Reg Chapman who was a player and than manager of QPR in the late forties/early fifties, that got me interested in the subject.

I supported the club in 1975-76 but had not family members above me that supported QPR, what about you as a supporter?

I was the first in my family in about 1972. Both my grown up kids now support the R's.

Everyone back to my Great Nan was an R's fan and I'd have thought she be around 120 now if she was alive.

I make that 5 generations now with the new additions recently.

My family are all Spurs, I picked QPR because our training ground was across the road from the house I was born, first club I see and will be my last!

My grandad born in east london, followed Hammers as a kid 1900's, then got hooked on rangers from a early age, since then, my old man went since 60's and my 1st game 1984.

I have supported us since living in Queens Park, around the 1880's if i can remember, it's the alzheimers you see.

My 5 year old son, myself (28), my dad 50 odd and grandad 80 odd!!

My grandad and his dad moved to the bush from east London in the 30s and it was passed down from them to my old man then me and now my boy so 5 generations now. Plus my other halfs family are mostly rangers too!

My Nan & Grandad moved to Sheperds Bush after the War and she got a job doing the clubs laundry (Before the days of new shirts every game) and now all my family is QPR. (apart from cousins who we dont speak too)

Same as Casual - I'm from the Queen's Park area so was fairly easy to pick. My mum and uncles all grew up off the harrow road and the Avenues - the old Queen's Park Estate. Been my life and theirs so from the 50s...mind you my dad's a frenchman and he's a hoop as well - mind you that only happened once he came over - it's not as if QPR were/are famous in the 1950s in the Basque Country!

My old man took me to the games when I was a boy, his dad and 10 brothers are all spurs

Dad arsenal mum liverpool but I chose the Rs and got my younger sister into supporting them.

I am the first in my family to support QPR - Dennis Bailey on New Year's day is entirely responsible for my supporting QPR.

my girlfriend is now a season ticket holder because of me though, and our kids will be press ganged into being QPR supporters, so the line will continue...

grandparents moved to white city estate in 1935 ,raised seven children all rangers fans,from an early age of about 4yrs i can remember wandering around at the top of the loft whilst games were going on(circa 1971) whilst in attendance with brothers/cousins/uncles.
even though i now live 4000 miles away from loftus rd my 4 year old son shouts come on u rs when ever rangers have been on tv this last season so i hope that the legacy will be continued.
