I don't know but it is a very good question!....Surely we can't be penalised if the English FA wouldn't hear a similar case brought against Cardiff or Swansea? Fairness has got to come into it somewhere! This all came abought when the English Football League adopted the English FA's handbook (because of something to do with the Royalties)....So Cardiff & Swansea are English when they're sharing in the spoils of the English Football League but Welsh when it comes to following rulebooks??

Here thought for you on 3rd party ownership should a team have a player that they don't pay 100% of there wages off. Does this not then make the player owned by a 3rd party? On fellowing the rules of same as rest of the EFL was not Craig have hearing heard by the welsh FA not the English FA

Most of those fans escaped for an early pint (who can blame them!) and were back in their seats for the second half!

THE FA and the FL approved of the Bellamy loan deal prior to finalisation, all above board my friend.

Has he really been an advantage to us? personally IMO Tarabt has been a far better acquisition for you than Bellamy has for us.

They always seem to sell out their away allocation and their home crowds have been one of the highest percentage wise out of total capacity, unlike someone like swansea who barely sell out 12k.

I also think, and I'm being brave here, but I think that the allogations levelled against us with this point deduction thing are true, as Warnock said "We have done nothing wrong but we hope to escape with a massive fine", this is contradictory and if we are found guilty I think we will bee staying down with a 30 point deduction.
