Judging by some of the comments on this board tonight, he'll need to learn to walk on water.

not Jim that has to do the winning over for me. Cant blame him for taking the job. Ill back him 100%. The board are the ones who have yet to prove any ambition. Gonna have to make some good signings to prove their intent for next season and now that they gave him the job they should be prepared to back him and give him time to build a team and get rid of the deadwood.

              Pathetic.

If he starts winning games then i'm sure the doubters will shut up and give him a chance.

He needs to get the team playing decent football because we haven't at all this season! He needs to sign a few players to improve the squad starting with a striker!
And he needs to finish in the play offs or better!

                      Nothing.

Just him being manager has won me over. It is not his fault. Its whoever was behind appointing him. He should be given a chance because managing a club is not a short term process. No manager no matter who they are can do anything with 15 games. If he gets a decent go at it then I'll be happy.

I hope he proves me wrong but the sacking of sousa has really come back to haunt the club here as many thought it would.

What does he have to do to win you over though, Pete?
