With two billionare owners you have to have faith they have the best legal team money can buy. This to me can only be a good thing and shows they are on the case. This sort of action will itself put the FA on the backfoot.

The club will give their side the best they can, I am sure the club lawyers would have suggested to the club to admit to all 7 charges if the FA had enough evidence to prove we are guilty.

Waste of time as the official is not named and the reporter is not going to name his source asuming there is one even if that the person in question has any inside knowledge, other than a personal view. I am sure that that the independent QC will also be seeking assurances so that they are not compromised.This is no more than a legal tactic by the club in trying to lay the ground that this is a kangeroo court and that the club is not going to get a fair hearing.

This does not do anything with the fact that as charged for some of rule infringements, the club has a case to answer, otherwise these serious charges would not be put. Some of the charges pre-date the rule issued on third party interests, however it was up to the club to put this in order and they did not. So guilty as charged.

In mitigation the club went to the Football League, but in doing so exposed its self to further breaches in regard to Ali Faurlins contract extension. It is a judgement call as to how serious some of these charges are and as the FA does not provide guidelines on sanctions it is hard to call. However if the club has set out to submit intentional misleading documents then prepare for the worse and one hell of a mess and bloodbath.

I can't say to much shania but yes it is a concern when nodge thinks we've had it. Works for a top 5 premiership side and knows the way a club runs.

They will that law they have see the evidence before any hearing. If they add anything that the lawyors have not seen this would go on longer as we have to have time to defend it.

Our Lawyers know what they are doing, they wouldn't have advised the club to deny the charges if there was no hope in hell of QPR being proved innocent.
