The club is fighting it's corner. No harm in that, none whatsoever.
The FA chose to open this can of worms now. Their mistake.

This is great news as if they take points away now then our lawyor have field day. So just my view is that going be points deduction but suspended and big fine.

Our lawyers are all over this now, hence the statements. This whole situation is going to get very messy and is being handled appallingly.

With two billionare owners you have to have faith they have the best legal team money can buy. This to me can only be a good thing and shows they are on the case. This sort of action will itself put the FA on the backfoot.

Waste of time as the official is not named and the reporter is not going to name his source asuming there is one even if that the person in question has any inside knowledge, other than a personal view. I am sure that that the independent QC will also be seeking assurances so that they are not compromised.

This is no more than a legal tactic by the club in trying to lay the ground that this is a kangeroo court and that the club is not going to get a fair hearing.

This does not do anything with the fact that as charged for some of rule infringements, the club has a case to answer, otherwise these serious charges would not be put. Some of the charges pre-date the rule issued on third party interests, however it was up to the club to put this in order and they did not. So guilty as charged.

In mitigation the club went to the Football League, but in doing so exposed its self to further breaches in regard to Ali Faurlins contract extension. It is a judgement call as to how serious some of these charges are and as the FA does not provide guidelines on sanctions it is hard to call. However if the club has set out to submit intentional misleading documents then prepare for the worse and one hell of a mess and bloodbath.

Anyone who does not think we are fooked now, after that updated statement from the club is deluded.

We are clearly panicing and what's more we have gone from 1.08 on Betfair to 1.5 to be Champions, and getting bigger by the minute.

Norwich to win the Championship is now 3/1 and shortening.

This I agree with, I have faith that we will defend our corner the best we can and whether if its enough we will have to wait and see.

Unless we go odds against I don't see how it makes any difference.

One gets this feeling a bad decision for us is going to open a massive can of worms. First signs of intent from the club IMO that they will not be bullied by the FA, Media or anyone else who wants to have a go at us.
