I dont think we are in the position to tell them when we want it

The FA have known about this since near enough the start of the season.
This hasn't just happened.
I don't believe they couldn't have dealt with this a couple of months sooner.
Irrespective, we are legally entitled to the appeal period -- the fact that it could eff up the playoffs etc. isn't our fault nor our problem.
