in which case hope we get the job done tomorrow then , kinda force the issue with regards to all the cr ap were listening to, if the league present us with the trophy must surely be impossible to backtrack

Takes alot to be neck on the line, wouldn't worry too much what people say. Your just passing on info you've heard.

Nodge 70 not doubting you were told, but any representative from the FA shouldn't be saying things like that, just like the club cannot say anything.

Off the record briefings to journos are commonplace. It's how papers and journos get scoops. I'm sure you yourself have been on the receiving end of info from various well placed sources that youve passed on that may or may not transpire later down the road.

Half the time I swear he's on a wind up because he knows I'm QPR! All passed in good faith for a wider audience where appropriate. Plenty of other QPR stuff that I certainly can't mention.

Remember it's not an FA hearing. It's an independent panel.

To be honest, what worries me is that they'll sting us so many points from NEXT season that we're bound to go straight back down. It will be hard enough to stay up without having that as a handicap. OK, OK, we're being told only a fine, but I'll be living on my nerves until we know...............

my view as said on another thread

still think we will get 1 or 2 token points deducted and a fine, thats why the hearing is so close to the end of the season, can see if it would damage us at all.
That way the 3rd place team cannot do anything if we are fined AND docked points.

Sounds like a very viable scenario IMO.

Damage limitaion all round, for QPR, the FA and whoever finishes 3rd.
