Loftus when someone says Wenger is a world class manager, comments like that need to be shot out. The guy hasn't won a trophy in 6 years and I don't like the way world class is just thrown around.

He should have won a trophy but no top managers care about the Carling Cup or FA cup they are just mickey mouse. His team always bottle it in the league and the Champions League and it's not always his fault the players on the pitch should do their jobs.

So it's not the managers fault that he doesn't have a single leader on the pitch and don't give me Fabrigas, good player but not a leader. He has signed a 41 year old keeper, even brough back sol campbell on big wages, the bloke has got it completely wrong. Needs to sell that useless sod Bendtner but yet you rate him???

Every manager signs bad players. Sir Alex Ferguson a world class manager? Has bought players like David Bellion, Djemba Djemba, Quinton Fortune an Kleberson and has continued to persist with them. Wenger just needs to tweak Arsenal a little bit and they would be world class.

Ferguson knows how to create a decent squad.

Sells players like Ronaldo, Beckham, Van Nisterooy, Stam etc etc and replaces with quality. United were fantastic when they came back from 2-0 down against west ham. Under Wenger Arsenal would never do that.

I watched them beat blackpool and there defence is just shocking. They have 1 good centre back in the whole squad and even he is injured. Poor management no other way to hide it.

Actually, Warnock did single out Hill & Kenny and both CB's for mistakes at Scunny, but in the case of Hill & Kenny, se said he would leave it there as both have been excellent throughout the season so far.

I guess Connolly is not a player he brought in himself.
Also despite the article suggesting Connolly's confidence has 'nosedived'.

Warnock's actual quote suggests only 'lost a little bit of confidence'.

Fingers crossed for a better performance and (more importantly) result tonight.

Any player who is sick through nerves before a game or at half time has some serious confidence issues anyway. Such a shame as he is a talented player.
