    Ishmael Miller

Don't mean to whinge about Warnock's decisions cos he has been immense this year but I can't work out why Miller isn't getting a game. I think he has been blinding when ever he has been asked to play since coming on loan.

Yesterday was the ideal opportunity to give him a game with Taarabt and Helgusson both unavailable but instead we went with Hulse. Admitedly Hulse did get a goal but I think it's pretty obvious to all that he offers very little as a lone striker.

My thoughts entirely and have been thinking so for some time.Miller combines strength and pace and not a little skill. He'd be in my team every week and I hope we can do a deal with WBA to keep him.

personally, I'd like us to go 442 when adel isn't available. Miller and Hulse upfront. Still can't see why Buz is behind hogan in the pecking order.

Yesterday I said to a pal we need to get Miller on to bully their defenders & to be fair when he came on he done very little & was getting increasingly frustrated as the game went on, was also lucky to stay on after a blatant push & then a dig to the ribs of a scunny defender.

Can't really knock Hulse, he got a goal & got very little service after. Every ball into the box was either too near the keeper or just wayward.

No Hulse was the one impersonating a statue (and doing a very good job)

i thought rob hulse looked good wasnt the best and wasnt the worse but for a striker low on confidence he played ok i still beileve he will become good.

just look at torres 50m and no goals.

Miller looked poor yesterday plus he isn't good enough in the air to play the lone striker role for us. In a 4-4-2 maybe, but to be honest have been disappointed in him and certainly would not be rushing to sign him if we are promoted.

Hulse has been the best but he did score yesterday and whilst poor was better than both Aggy and Miller when they came on. Poor decision to rest HH if indeed that was what happened.

Miller still has hamstring problems, didn't NW say that they couldn't risk him for many minutes per game because BOTH his hamstrings are vulnerable?
Shame, as he must be a cracking player when fit, but if he was fit, I suspect he'd be helping West Brom to stay up, and not with us.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Heard a rumour (yes I know) that miller prefers to play on the right instead of up front, and because of his pace warnock has allowed him to do this at points of this season. When he was signed he requested it . I dont know if true or not.

think Warnock got a lot wrong yesterday all the subsitutions were strange didn't get Shittu one or Derry. Shittu and Hall all over the place, but take Dan off and bring on a r/footed left back made no sense at all not once did Chimbonda have run down the line he has to go back inside all the time Dan for Gorkks may have been better, think Derry taken off to save from being booked now amnesty is in place (cant be banned now even if booked) where was H.H. & Adel our midfield was lightweight Hogan,Faurlin,Derry,Routledge all very poor no tackles won Scunny players flying in more hungry and wanted it more N.W. needs to stop messing around with team on the run in, lets get back to what we're used to really need to give it a go Tues with our best team.

Regarding Helgusson, If you have a look at his injury-record I would imagine Warnock precausiously rested him last night?

                              Just a thought!
