            when you ring the box office it should at least put you in a Q instead of just cutting you off, terrible service

                        i suppose if people are getting kicked off every 30 mins, that should be the max waiting time? does that make sense?

                                        Tried logging in again to check my transaction as have not gotten the e-mail yet, the blue queue progress bar is now about 5 TIMES SLOWER than it was an hour ago, I give up, will just wait for the e-mail.

                                            Nope cos the amount of people trying to log in is many more times the max capacity so the que is getting longer...
                                            Since i got logged out at 8.50 and had to re joined the que the blue bar has only moved across about quarter....
                                            We got our Ranger's back!
