If he went to Man U or one of the other 'big' clubs he would spend most of his time on the bench so he'd be back to where he was at Spurs

as great as this sounds, I can't help but think he's created a rod for his own back a bit here.

If he does end up moving, people will be calling him a traitor n that.

I'd never sack him, far better then any manager in England imho

I mean look what hes done to Taarabts game, hardly any managers could of done that and put up with the little strops now and again, great gaffer and we're top by 9 points for many reasons, but Warnock is a high factor in that
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Wasn't Warnock quoted somewhere recently that we could only expect another 2 years of his genius - (my emphasis).

I guess that can be interpreted that if we stay up and he does well and the board are not dumb enough to get rid of him, he wants to retire in 2 years time?

If that's the case I say let's enjoy it while it lasts and put the wheels in motion now to find his successor - scouse boot room mentality perhaps by preparing Mr Derry for the job upon retirement?

'Long Term' - PAH. Warnock is 61 and has expressed a desire not to be old in football. Taarabt is 21 and has pledged to be here as long as Warnock is. Hardly 'long term commitment' is it? Face it, he is a great talent and we are lucky to have him; WHEN he goes, it'll be a sad day, but it really is a WHEN not an if, so just face up to it and just enjoy it whilst he is with us...

He'll probably go until his 67/8, he'll be hungry for it once we are up and he keeps us there.
