The wording implies we Lied to the FA over who owned Faurlin - it was rumoured we had to pay Inter to sign him from Instituto.

Definite possibility of points deduction if found guilty.

West Ham weren't deducted for fielding a 3rd party player but afaik they weren't charged with lying to the FA.
