Manager or no manager, we need to get onto the phone to him, his agent and whoever knows him.

Last season he was valued at around 4 million by Bates, with a year to go, I suspect they will go anywhere between 1.5-2 million for him. Ideal replacement for Blackstock in my humble opinion.

These are the kind of players we need to be going after.

we haven't shown any intent to pay transfer fees so why should we be linked with this type of player is beyond me. Also heard Martinez Maybe going to Reading, We should be busting a gut to get him at QPR offer him what he wants. Just get him!!! We'd deffo go up and with style

Beckford is class. First touch excellent and good awareness. Could see him combining very well with the likes of Buzz and Vine.
