Maybe they are letting the season play out first before making a decision. the top leagues in europe only finished yesterday and there is sure to be a few twists and turns managerially. Say they rushed and appointed magilton / boothroyd whoever, and then a southgate or tapia or somone came available, the players are on hoilday, the transfer window is still shut, one more week surely wouldn't make much difference.
