Some probably do. You are talking about an issue where you either agree or disagree - you won't find people sitting on the fence over this issue. What you have to realise is though is that tonight on this thread nobody has agreed with you and rather than just agreeing to disagree you bite back over every comment and annoy more and more of your readership and your fellow QPR fans.

I know we disagree over Sousa, I know we agree over Blackstock. I know that we will agree and disagree over a 101 things but I can't be bothered to keep arguing with you as our opinions won't change. Others though including yourself will just go on and on and on and it's getting rather boring. It's no longer a debate but a publically argument which most don't want to be involved in.

No, problem was playing 1 up front. Could have had 10 strikers at the club, no ppoint if your only gonna play one.

like I said. No strikers, and by that I mean of an quality. And if you had any knowlegde of the game you would know that 1 upfront doesnt mean negative football. Im sure most managers would have played 1 upfront with our squad because our strength lies in midfield.

Agreed. Nuno Gomes has played up front on his own for Portugal for many years and they are one of the most attack minded teams in World football.

Blackstock will score goals in this league but we need more quality and depth not just one striker who will score 10+ and hope that our defensive midfield score them. Next season we will have our creative midfielders back and they should contribute to the goals for column but we need a striker who can put away chance after chance and if need be lead the line on his own.

dont have an exact figure but it was circa 10000 it was 12000 a couple of years before that.

This I agree with but it doesn't mean we'd have been a better side. What you fail to understand is Sousa was never allowed to build his own team buy his own striker(s) which would have fitted into the system he wanted play.

Under De Canio we might score more but under Sousa we'd concede less, it's all about finding an equlibrium and believe Sousa would have found that building on a strong defence. In all fairness if Helguson had converted half the chances he had since signing for us I'm pretty sure we'd have scored at least another 10 goals this season. You continually blame Sousa personally I think the players let us down, we were creating chances at times but failing to convert. Sousa was promised funds in January and never recieved them. Interference from Braitore and Paladini was Sousa's downfall not negative tactics.

It is definitely about finding an equilibrium, no point scoring 3 and conceding 4 (though ala Newcastle under Keegan in the 90's - it is very exciting to watch). I would have liked to see Sousa given the funds in January as promised, or given this summer to rebuild, as I feel like W12, he would have got it right.

Totally agree that a lot of the players let us down too. How many of them would honestly say they gave all they could for the club this season? A few can be proud, but most should realise we the fans expect and deserve more.

LOL Pete you have a mighty high regard of your opinion.

If sousa had stayed we would have sold more season tickets than we actually have done. I am utterly convinced of that but its just my opinion, why do you think your opinion is closer to fact than someone elses especially when it is a supposition rather than an actual event.

Must admit I agree.

IMHO there a various reasons why people havent renewed:

1)They renewed or bought for the first time last season on the basis that this was a promotion season and didnt want to miss out. It wasnt and they wont fall for the hype again.

2)They are disappointed at the club. Lack of investment for the real fans on and off the pitch.

3)They are disappointed at the boards treatment of managers - Dowie and/or Sousa

4)They will not renew until they know who the manager is. No biggy holding off till after the "earlybird" as there's a virtually zero financial incentive to do so

5)Economic woes.
