Just my opinion on Jamie Mackie, havnt been in a while but imo he is a different player with bradley Orr playing behind him. Think they work well together, whereas walker (don't get me wrong I think he's a great player) doesn't give mackie the same service.

9 goals with over half a season left? He'd get in my team.

Pleased for him. Hopefully this'll stop the fans getting on his back.

I was really happy when he scored. Hope he nets 9 more goals!

Mackie isn´t primary a goalscorer and not an all and out striker. He is a winger in a 433 formation, who works his socks off for the team. He´s workrate and speed is important for the whole team and gives time, space and oppurtunities for other players.

v impressed with him yesterday, not only with his goal but his all round play. delighted to eat some humble pie as i was among those thinking he had lost some of his early form.

                  Mackie is pure brilliant.
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

He was due a goal, pleased it happened for him.

And Jamie needs to be in the team or no-one will congratulate Adel when he scores. Has anyone else noticed this, he seems to be the only one offering a well done hug. Was clearly evident with his 2 goals v Swans.
