Question is is it poor recruitment, or have they made a rod for their own backs?Hard to say. One thing for sure is that without instant results you are gone. No more building a solid, consistent quality over time retaining continuity, unity and focus. Its a leadership thing. I blame the board not the managers. 7 managers in two and a half years looks like poor recruitment to me and until the board improves its act we are in for more comedy capers.
Look how long it took to get Mags in. Do we really think that managers don't take notice of what has happened before?A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....

Really feel for Harbin. Did an excellent job here (and as far as I can tell everywhere else he worked too). I think he went to Swansea for a while (remember seeing photos posted by a Swans fan somewhere) but had problems with the travel from his home in the Midlands, last I heard he had gone back to Australia.
Do we actually have a performance coach at the club now?A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....

If we did they either walked yesterday or are now in some other temporary role. The club is in a mess and the sooner the owners and the rest of the staff admit that the better.Really feel for Harbin. Personally I would have given Gregory more time. Forest have shown that you can get relegated, rebuild and come back stronger. He wasn't everybody's favourite but he wasn't a walkover and would have this current crop behaving and playing for their lives.Comment

Sad thing is that if we wait if we wait for the owners, etc. to admit that the club is a mess then we are going to have a very long wait.If we did they either walked yesterday or are now in some other temporary role. Wasn't Gregory's last match the last time we played WBA away? Lets hope for a better result...A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....

Very true. The squad has constantly improved. Now we just have to get them playing together because we all know they are capable of much better than 12th position.
Who will manage them though is still very much in the air?Comment
