IMO it's just a property deal. Nothing in it for us whatsoever.

Wouldn't be surprised if the LR site became part of the land registry blueprint, also taking out the Springbok, the parade of shops and Hammersmith Park. That would create a swathe of prime real estate running from Wood Lane, right across to Bloemfontein Road. Highly desirable and profitable for those involved. New stadium or F1 track doesn't wouldn't bring in the ready millions either short term or long term that a nicely parcelled property deal would.

Best case scenario - new ground built on the site of Linford Christie stadium.
Worst case scenario - sharing Fulham

Ikea's quicker and normally you only need a small screwdriver or one of them key things that comes with all the boxes.

A couple of Irish lads I know could probably do it for £300m but would need a £3m down payments to get the crew organised.
