Is there any basis for the Watson suggestion?

Wasnt too convinced about Connolly in the midfield role - excellent defender, that's where he should play.
Totally agree with that

Definitely think Rowly has a part to play and Warnock is just easing him back in gently.

Warnock has been outspoken in the past about how Lee Cook was stupidly rushed back without being fully fit under previous managers/physios and medical officers advice and how his injury got worse as a result. Don't think he wants to make those same mistakes this time with Rowly and Cookie. Sensible IMO.

Hilarious quote by the Reading manager: "I'm surprised QPR have allowed him out on loan." Mate, I'm one of his last defenders at the club but you would be a little less surprised if you had seen him play this season...

Right, who's going to tell him?
Or shall we let him find out for himself?

he's certainly not as bad as some would make out.

Decent signing for Reading but it will get a big earner off the books, so a good move for both clubs. Again like Goddard said he has done a good job for us and I can think of 100 worse.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Dreadful control of the ball. Infact awful.

Has a eye for goal though.

decent right back and will do well for reading if played there.

Can shoot and get forward however we have premiership class in walker but he isn't a bad signing for Reading.

The point is, he will do for Reading, but he aint good enough for where we want to be!..
