Great, But Obscure Away Games Never Mentioned

I remember going back to where I was brought up (sometime in late eighties?) and going to watch us play West ham away first game of the season. Remember us winning 3-0?, with Bannister getting oe of the goals. Seeing some old mates that day, was a great feeling.

Then a couple of years after Ferdinand gets home hat-trick against Forest, Bank Holiday at Everton 5-3 was also a great memory.

Apart from the normal ones mentioned, any memories for away games?

4-0 at West Ham in the early 90s.
1-0 at Southampton in the 80s, Kevin Brock.
League Cup at Grimsby. Went to penalties, with ALAN MACDONALD!! scoring the winning one.

1983/84 was a great season for away victories .

I remember Gary Owen blasting a penalty way over the bar for WBA when we won there , it wasn't as bad as Kerry Dixon putting the ball over of The Loft stand in 1990/91 , but it was close

My favourite that season was propbably the win at Arsenal , as soon Ian Stewart hit the shot for the second goal , you knew where it was going ?

First win at Stamford Bridge 3-0 in 73-74 I think. 0-0 at half time, Bowles and Givens tore em to bits in 2nd half :-)
