Smith more than deserves his chance now in my view.

I always say play the man in form and Smith seems to have better form at the moment. We need competition as we know but you need to play the better player.

I actually noticed the first time he touched the ball on 39 minutes, that says it all to me.

If Hogan was totally honest with himself he'd probably know he's very very lucky to be starting at the moment.

I fully expected Smith to start today in place of Hogan, was shocked to see Hoagn still in the starting eleven. I think Hogan has gone missing in the last 6 - 8 games.

At the start of the season Hogan surprised me by his performances, but now I look at him and think lightweight!

this poll and thread is somewhat pointless because we all know smith should be starting ahead of hogan. taarabt was lucky imo to start yesterday but his goal has helped him hold down a place. hogan however hasnt done anything for a long time.
