    And where we were when he took over isn't really an argument - MOST managers could have done exactly the same given the influx of new players. In fact most managers would have probably organised the defence a bit better so could have improved on what he did.

    So at Lecce he's got 6 points from 27. Didnt we "sack" someone for having a better record than that?

        I don't understand the clamour for LDC return, he was in charge during the 'honey moon' period of the takeover. Was given more resources than any other Manager since and still only achieved a comparable win ratio to both Sousa and Dowie who were both without their best players.

        I think people mistakenly attribute the feel good factor to LDC when surely it was due to the expectation of the recent takeover.

          I played sunday league football today.

          Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

          I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

          We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

            Whilst i enjoyed the football under LDC i think as a general rule in football things are never as good second time round. i maybe wrong, but never go back!
