Yep I was there and remember Clive Allen scoring a couple at least

yep me and my dad turned very late missed the first 3 goals only young i was gutted thought that was it.

This was my first ever QPR match and got me hooked. My Dad who was an R since the 40s took me along and we sat in SA Road. It was in 1979 and a midweek match

I was there ...not sure their keeper got man of the match but he deffo left the pitch in tears!

He also died while still quite a young man, I think.

I remember that game.
We were laughing rather than cheering in the end.

Yes I seem to remember it was on the Big Match the following day with the late great Brian Moore
